Mountain Range baseball has had a great start to their season already with a record of 4-5 which is significantly higher than the 23-24 season and the 22-23 season. Mountain Range started their season with two back to back wins against Adams City High School and Frederick High School.
During the 22-23 season, Mountain Range had been in a different league going 4-17 in the 5A Front Range league. During the 23-24 season, Mountain Range went 3-20, meaning if Mountain Range wins one more game they will break their two year record.
Joshua H. (12) has been out for 2 weeks with a broken finger but loves seeing the energy from his team: “Watching the team win from the side lines is awesome, I can’t wait to get back out there”.
New Coach Michael Polson says he loves watching the excitement: “It's part of the reason I want to coach and the team doing fairly well makes everything worth it”. Mountain Range plays this Saturday the 29th, at home Vs. Lakewood High School with a record of 3-4. The whole team and coaches hoping for another win to add to their record.
